چکیده

Objective : to study the dynamics of back pain severity and frequency its individual components, characterizing inflammatory mechanical rhythm, on background gestation in women with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) compare them manifestations dorsopathy healthy pregnant women; determine information value BASDAI during pregnancy, i.e. identify components optimal sensitivity specificity ratio for assessing AS activity gestation. Patients methods . The main group consisted 49 who met modified New York criteria 1984. average age patients was 31.7±4.9 years, duration disease 134.4±85.8 months. trimesters pregnancy was: 2.3 [1.2; 4.4], 2.8 [1.4; 4.2] 2.2 [1.6; 4.0]. control included 51 associated gestation, without rheumatic diseases. 28.0±4.4 years. intensity assessed a numerical rating scale. ROC-analysis performed calculation area under curve (AUC) each component trimester. Results discussion More than 80% experienced pain, while general did not differ from that group. Night improvement awakening present 70%, 58% 68.8% women, respectively, I-III trimesters; 3 [1; 5], 3.5 [3; 6] 3.4 [2; 5] respectively; night were higher number after exercise II III both groups. In second half 40% noted rest, 52.1% – increased exercise; rhythm elements remained lower AUC first trimester 0.74; all >0.5. trimesters, values fatigue 0.8. Conclusion During vast majority experience nature which changes improves reflects is related pregnancy. morning stiffness have highest classification
